It's on the clear net openly. For some reason they have no problem getting hosting. Same with a lot of other sick stuff online. The only time activist seem to get involved is when it has politics involved. If they supported trump they'd be offline in no time. Otherwise they are seemingly left to it.

ugh sadly it's still easy to stumble across ATF
Please avoid unless reporting it. They may have hidden the mods but they still share them with "special" members, teach people how to make the mods and come up with creepy stories.

Because purely digital fantasies aren't against any laws in first world nations, and probably not in many others. Germany might be one of those exceptions, not sure.

Censorship of the internet in "Free" countries has been tried before, with poor results for those attempting it.
