I will use the name The Arcada it's the name of one of the coolest looking space pirate ships in Anime especially the version of it from 80's movie

"New Beginning" might be a fun play on words for the first ship.
"Pathfinder" possibly for an exploration ship
"Excelsior" tribute and it's a nice name from Star Trek
"Irrepressible" maybe for a combat oriented vessel
"Mayflower One" if I'm in the mood for goofy fun.
"Mustang Alpha" for a small fighter sized ship just to rub it into Star Citizen's Face.
"Not the Normandy" might be a fun poke too.

Might need more depending on the Pokémon addiction of collecting ships and if there's an upper limit.
