nvidia gtx 1050ti 4gb/ rx 580 8gb
Everything else on the pc is at recommended except the graphics card. Think the gtx will still run it on low at 30 fps 1080?

I'm running intel cor i7-9700k 32 gb memory and my friend actually got back to me and has an rx 580 8gb that he is going to give me so it's not even the 1050 anymore. https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z390%20Pro4/index.asp is the mainboard.

I'm looking into other cards, but yea I want to play a little tomorrow at 5pm looool while i patiently seek a new card.
I appreciate you not just roasting me ahaha

It'll struggle if it works as it only has 4gb vram and the minimum gpu's have 8gb. I'd save the money you'd have spent on the game and put it towards a better gpu and you can always buy the game later

On low? I think so.

Recommended is 8 GB and that should be for high settings. I think.

If it doesn't work there's always windowed mode.

NO

A 6 GB will run some of the most demanding new games on high. 4 GB may be able to run medium but some textures could look low res because the engine wont load them in fully.

Really hope those with 4 and 6 GB cards say how it runs and also really interested in how it runs on the Steam Deck.

I'll let everyone know, but i'm also primed to just go by a new card right now. I was seeing that immortals of aveum ran on steam deck and that's more demanding than starfield.

Steam Deck doesnt have a video card it has 16 GB of RAM basically for video and rapid access memory so it should actually run ok. In theory.

Again Starfield minimum and recommended is 8 GB video card.

Please correct if any of that is wrong.

It's showing as 1070ti as the minimum which is an 8gb card so it looks like the 1050ti will likely struggle even to get 30fps.

I remember I had such a video card less than a year ago, I sold it and bought a used RTX 2060 6gb for ~250$

I've been reading that steam deck is similar in equivalence to a gtx 1050 ti
