Starfield is not same engine as Skyrim/Fallout
I hear alot of people saying Starfield still runs on a old engine (Creation Engine 1) but thats not true is it?
to my knowledge Skyrim and Fallout 4/76 run on CE 1 with fallout 76 running on a upgrade CE 1.

Starfield is running on Creation Engine 2, isnt that a newly created Creation Engine? not a upgraded CE 1 but built from the ground up.

Its like comparing cars of the same brand from 1970's with 2023, same brand, not same car/engine

as far as I am aware CE2 is an overhaul of their system, similar to the upgrade from gamebryo to creation (could be wrong tho)

ive been assured its just the same thing under the hood by random strangers on the internet

Built from the ground up doesn't mean you cant reuse a good muffler if it fits, CE2 is still very reminiscent of CE1 and UCE1, IE while not confirmed I'm fairly sure they tied FPS to physics again because they already had the code why waste it.

It was not built from the ground up lmao we just making things up now?
Just look at the leaked gameplay if you need proof. It's literally a mod for Fallout 4
