Are you running a ssd? If so you should be ok with 1080p 30frames. There will probably be some mod/ini help after release to help with some of the lower spec machines if it follows normal Bethesda games. We don't know how many threads/cores the game will use at the moment though. If it does use 12 threads then it might be bad for you.

Your GPU is fine, but your CPU is coming in under the minimum specs the game has listed. From what I can tell, 6 cores seems to be the bare minimum. I recently upgraded from my 6700k, this game being the final straw pushing me over the edge. Sometimes devs purposefully overshoot minimum specs, but I'm honestly thinking here that 6 cores may be a hard minimum for a playable experience.

It is prob worth a try to test at launch, you can always refund, or decide to do an upgrade from there. Don't know about your current financial conditions, but you could probably get an adequate and much more modern cpu + mobo combo for around 250-300 bucks that would pair well with your 3060 ti (which is probably being limited by your current cpu anyway). Wish I could deliver better news, becoming hardware limited on new games sucks and I definitely empathize.

They specifically picked 2 6c/12t CPU's for the min requirements, so don't be surprised if you're CPU bottlenecked.

I decided to bite the bullet and ive ordered a pre seated I9 12900k CPU Mobo combo. probably time i upgraded anyway and thanks for your insight
