I bumped my arm against the door this morning but the watch was fine until about an hour or two ago.
Shame, I was really hoping the build quality was going to be a bit more durable.
I'm hoping this is an isolated case, Bethesda hasn't had the best track record of premium items that didn't go terribly awry and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt this one time.

There's an IStore version too, But basically you install the app on your phone/tablet/whatever, It'll tell you to put it on its charging dock to update the firmwware and bluetooth connect and voila, It fixed my 'BANK0: INVALID' issue. Kind of underwhelming so far.. The same general settings you have access to in the watch's settings menu already and the manual, A care guide etc. No weather app/features so far but maybe that will change by launch day.
