You may need a valid minion license too, if I were you I would check the store page see what it says

yep it can be used with family sharing as any other game
remote play is a different thing thou

The store page doesn’t list family sharing . So it may not be minion friendly ,

if it does not use a second party launcher , it should work with family sharing

and Bethesda did shut down their launcher not a long time ago , so you should be fine

Does Skyrim and fo4 have family sharing? If they do it might be an indication if starfield will ,
But not being listed on the store page does imply no though
