It'll probably run at a playable framerate at 1080p or 1440p to say the least with those specs. It definitely ain't gonna be 4k or 120 fps though.

yes same cpu perf so dont worry you will also less likely come across stutters.

the test phase so to say only starts when you play the game. so when you boot it up you have around 2 hours of play time to decide whether to continue or to refund. Dont worry though, steam is pretty kind and generally also gives refunds outside of the 2 hours dont expect one at 5 hours though.
oh nice

Upgrade the cpu, its only a quad core and its 2023.. today you want atleast 6 cores

You could get an i5 12400 or something and drop it straight into your motherboard.

Aslong as you dont have too much ♥♥♥♥ on your pc hogging resources it will probably work with minimal issues.. if the game stutters and freezes then yeah, its that time.
dont give bad advice please. while its a quad core with hyper threading and single core perf of around a 5600 in most games. so the cpu is fine. it just may be a bit stuttery.

Fair i guess, hyperthreading will help having 8 threads .. it should be fine.

Of course you can. The rtx 3060 and i3 are above requirements easily.

Wtf? Yes, see requirements and read thoroughly. The i3 is way better than 6700k. The rtx 3060 is way better than 1070ti. Stop fear mongering people's hardware.

You are going to be fine @ 1080p. The AMD sponsored GPU for that resolution is a RX 7600 and 3060 Ti out-performs that. Sure your CPU is 4 cores, but its aggregated performance is well above the minimum and very close to the recommended. If the game does end up demanding a higher core count, you can upgrade to i5 or i7 later, but there's need to do that in advance.

Your gpu will be fine, your processor on the other hand will definitely struggle
