Can it run with a 1660 Ti?

Im using a GTX 1660 ti and I believe its slightly below the minimum requirements. Im also using an i5-9600k cpu.

I have a 1660 Super and am wondering the same thing, although it's paired with a Ryzen 5 3600 and 32 GB System RAM. I will test the game out and if it doesn't work, I'm upgrading my card to a RTX 4070.
