Exact Early Access Release Time on Steam?

So as the title says, I was wondering what was the exact release time on steam for starfields early access? I've seen a lot of people on reddit talking about the time zones etc, and saw it mentioned that my home state of New York, the games early access should drop at 8pm EST on August 31st. Don't know if that's accurate etc especially because steam ♥♥♥♥♥ up early access pretty frequently with other games in terms of times of release and when you can play.

Just wanted to k on if anyone else has better information or I will just cancel my pre order and go pre order the game somewhere else to make sure I can play early.

These will probably be announced next week but I am hoping for a midnight launch on 1st September here in the UK so I can start playing first thing next Friday morning.

Preload for premium supposedly starts on the 30th.

My guess is you can start the encrypted download exactly 24 hours before those dates posted above. I'm probably wrong though...
