Looks like you'll be able to clean up most of these in one playthrough, other than the faction ones, and any 'hidden/easter egg' ones they may throw in.

Thankfully, although I usually do two playthroughs right away for Fallout games when they come out. First playthrough is always a morally good character. For the second playthrough I go for an evil character and wipe out every faction😈
