there are many games that have many artefacts whatever what upscaling u use, dlss will not fix the garbage implementation
and people seem to overexaggerate the different between fsr and dlss, it really isnt. dont let the fake gamers fools you. you will gain nothing by shilling for nvidia
It's desperation because they are so far behing technology wise and can only react or adapt. And now Intel as the next player in town and even their Raytracing and upscaling solution works better than AMD's.
So they gotta bribe the devs to avoid getting compared to DLSS ingame because FSR usually loses. Sometimes by small details, sometimes by with an awful smearing and ghosting and/or shimmering of antialiased edges.
PureDark's Mod will be the way to go for RTX GPU owners anyway.
AMDs loses in every category. Nvidia has better Raytracing, Nvidia has faster GPUs, Nvidia has better Upsclaing. AMD can't match DLAA, AMD can't compete with Frame Generation.
Thats why over 80% of all sold GPUs are Nvidia GPUs becaue it's the better product with better software solutions incl. CUDA and streaming de/encoders.
That's why AMD have to bribe Bethesda and go the anti consumer way. because they need a showcase title.
They wouldn't have to do it if AMD would actually release products and solutions that can compete with Nvida as a whole. They can't, so they go the "block competitors" way.
Thanks to the mod community it won't matter anyway.
We will get free and paid DLSS2 and DLSS 3 mods soon for Starfield and can make fun of the Tier 1 7900XTX 1000 $ GPU that gets beaten by a Tier 3 GPU like the 4070 in Starfield fps benchmarks thanks to DLSS3 lol.
I should be able to run FSR 2 in Starfield.

Both techs are hit and miss, depending on the game. I feel like DLSS works better overall than FSR, but it would be nice to have the option to use either.
we are talking about upscalers here, not gameplay... they are not remotely the same
Strange logic.
And yet it is still exclusive. You are advocating for exclusivity, while i am advocating for inclusivity.
So, according to your logic we should stop supporting controllers? Since there is already an implementation for input and its keyboard and mouse? Get out of here kid
