But 2-3 months is a lot of time to beef up optimisations. Just not sure if it's enough.
Also from where I read the specifications on the ALLY ain't exactly that weak given it's pretty much tie with 6 year old high end PC run score.
Of which, I have a 7 year old Alienware laptop tether to a AGA with a Titan XP in it. It can do Fallout 4 on high, 1080p with 50-60s FPS.
The same system also run Cyberpunk 2077 on medium-high(custom setting), 1080p with 50-60 FPS.
To me it's entirely possible, it just I am not too sure if both ASUS and Bethesda willing to work around both hardware configuration and software optimisations.
I'm hoping I get a 1080p/60fps fully maxed out with all the optionals experience with my RTX 3090, the rest of my system is extremely powerful (i9-13900KS, 32 GB tightened DDR5, etc.) but I can't afford an upgrade for my GPU - and I am asking 1080p here so, fingers crossed. Knowing Bethesda that might be too much though...
So I believe your setup should be more than sufficient for a enjoyable time with regards to the game.
Which is also why I had drag the expection down a fair bit for ALLY.
I am running it on UMA 8GB on the bios, it's technically the same thing in the GPU VRAM allocation, since doing it in bios also overrides armory settings.
As for the heat, the fans are noticable in both noise and blasting heat out the left exhaust vent running most AAA titles.
Having faith it shouldn't be that bad an experience, frankly I am since surprise it runs AAA decently at all.
