I would consider getting a decent 2.5" drive (as a straight replacement) like a Samsung 870 Evo or Crucial MX 500 or MX 300, at least 1tb capacity and reinstalling your OS onto the new drive.
However, if you can free up enough space on the existing SSD (with a buffer of maybe 40gb empty) and can't or don't want to buy a new SSD it will work perfectly fine on the 850. It won't be as fast as the new SSDs but in a game it's not likely something you'd actually really notice as most situations the difference would be a few seconds in loading times.
BTW, the drive health 'Good' is, well good. I've never seen Samsung Magician say anything else when I've ever checked. Don't think there is anything above that.
What the funny thing is just because SSD's advertise a limited write life, some people are nervous about using them because they think they won't last as long as a mechanical drive.
