Will there be an option to change the adoring fan to a female ?

This. We know the PLAYER can do the shuffle, but, does it apply to NPC's as well? Don't know.

Dude most aspects to the game weren't included in the presentation. They're being pretty tight lipped still on this one which makes me think they're trying to manage hype, which is smart.

Anything is possible within the modding community. Probably get that functionality there.

I kinda doubt the Adoring Fan is customizable as he's supposed to be a direct throwback to the annoying NPC in Oblivion, at least offically.

Unofficially, I fully expect a gender swap mod to be released fairly quickly, possibly even with AI assisted female voice lines like I've seen done in games like Star Wars Jedi Order. In that game, modders managed to swap out almost all of Cal's voice lines with a female voice.
