Mainly because of no GPU
You can get a good enough (meets recommended specs) prebuilt plug and play system to run Starfield on Amazon for $900, Amazon has a payment option. I think I paid out over 4 months.
The 3060 is below recommended specs by like 25-30% and this will be a very CPU intenssive game, so that it also a concern since the CPU is below recommened.
I reckon low/medium mixture and 30-60 fps.. Recommended specs will be medium/high for 1080p at 60 fps. most likely, so again.. the op should not expect medium with 60 fps.
The 3060 is actually pretty comparable to the 1080, but will work a tad better due to being newer, so its above minimum ofc.
