Russian Localization❗️

We all know and understand the current situation in the world, we all understand why companies are abandoning the Russian language and, in general, everything related to Russia.
Not only people from Moscow or other cities of Russia speak Russian, Ukrainians also speak Russian, but there is no translation into Ukrainian either! There is no translation into Kazakh either, there are dozens of peoples who speak Russian and they would like to touch this game, but now they can’t, is it fair(
Let this post be a message to Microsoft and Bethesda. Russian language ≠ Russia
Add Russian to your game, don't punish millions of gamers who have never even been to Russia

Все мы знаем и понимаем текущую ситуацию в мире, все понимаем, почему компании отказываются от русского языка и вообще всего, что связано с Россией.
По-русски говорят не только жители Москвы или других городов России, украинцы тоже говорят по-русски, но перевода на украинский тоже нет! Перевода на казахский тоже нет, есть десятки народов, говорящих по-русски и они хотели бы прикоснуться к этой игре, но теперь не могут, разве это честно(
Пусть этот пост будет посланием Microsoft и Bethesda. Русский язык ≠ Россия
Добавьте русский язык в свою игру, не наказывайте миллионы геймеров, которые даже ни разу не были в России

How are they supposed to do Russian localization? I suppose it will be a company from Russia that will translate and hire local actors for voice. And how Bethesda will pay this company? Sanctions? Most business with Russia is not possible because no bank will work with a Russian bank.

In this case, most companies use machine translation. This is not a problem. Especially since the vast majority of dubbing companies are technically non-Russian, which means that there are and can be no problems in transactions.

Localization is not cheap, its infact pretty expensive. Most of the russian speaking world can't "legally" buy the game, so that just leaves out a small procentage of customers left, and that is a consumer base that already pay way way less for games than most other places.

Probably just not worth it.

People speak fluent Russian all over the world. Localisation companies that do this kind of work hire from everywhere - this isn't a location issue.

Bethesda might think it's not worth it due to sanctions - professional translation and localisation is very expensive and they might not think they'll not make the money back.

Но во-первых - это очень кривые примеры. И зачастую они исправляются или изначально используется более правильный машинный перевод, который лишён этих проблем. Есть достойные варианты машинных переводов. И, если честно, даже такие моменты сильно приелись, и про себя я читаю и понимаю принцип сказанного.

You're wrong! These people can live in Ukraine, Kazachstan, Uzbekicton and many countries more. Some latvian speak and prefer russian language in the game
