Skyrim does have infinite quests that are randomly generated.

Skyrim did have over 70 voice actors.

Fallout 4's Settlement System did, "Just Work".

Oblivion did have radiant AI.

All debunked, Fallout 3 does have over 200 endings, Skyrim does have infinite quests, Oblivion does have radiant AI, Skyrim does have over 70 voice actors, and release dates getting delayed isn't a "lie" that's called a delay and has nothing to do with anything relating to the gameplay.

really depends on how you would define endings.
if we talk about unique combinations of the endgame video segments, then yes, there is over 200.

Yes it does, the ending can change depending on what actions you have taken at the end of the game. The ending in this in this case is being referred to as the "ending slideshow" after you make your choice at the water purifier. Depending on what actions you have taken in the game, this can cause the "ending slideshow" to have a multitude of different variances depending on what moral actions you taken, decisions you have made or not made, and quests you have done and not done.

So now there's actually around 240 variances, possibly even more of that slideshow, possibly even, a lot more in fact.
