Yeah, being able to buy a $25,000 ship on their site for USD, is absolutely insane.
If it took Blizzard over a decade to make Diablo III why are you so upset over it taking CIG over a decade to make arguably the most ambitious game ever made?
It actually isn't a valid argument to make though because no two games are the same and no two studios are the same. It can take Bethesda three years with 70 developers to make something like Skyrim while it takes Blizzard 11 years with a few hundred developers to make Diablo III.
Those are purely for people that want to help fund development. Nobody should spend any money on SC without fully understanding the state of the game and without trying it during a free trial period.
Why is it so hard for people to be honest about this game?
You can decide on your own definition of a playable game if you want but what's there is a game and it is playable. Those are objectively true. It's also not finished and likely won't ever live up to the developer's vision, and certainly not player's expectations, but it is a game and they are trying to do their best to make that vision come to life.
And a quick google shows that the most expensive ship is in fact the 600i Executive Edition at a whopping $25,000 USD. So once again, Patrick lied about Star Citizen and tried to harass people who pointed out basic factual info.
And of course, while you "unlock" it by spending $25,000 it is a CONCEPT SHIP and doesn't actually even exist in game lmao

"False, you don't buy it for $25,000. They give it to you if you give them $25,000"
Jesus, Mary, and Joseph the copium.
I bought a Ford Bronco recently for $50k and as a bonus they gave me a nice poster and a hammock. With your logic I paid $50k for the poster and the hammock lol
Plenty of games have microtransactions, now how many pre-Alpha games have hundreds of thousands of dollars in pay to win microtransactions?
It's been your MO every time someone mentions how big of a scam Star Citizen is. That and threatening them.
