Day 1 on Medium settings, sure.
Day 30 on High settings, probably.

No one has the slightest idea. All we have are those basic system requirements, and they don't say what resolution/fps they're targeting.

That's optimistic XD!

like Fallout 76, same engine it will run max setting or low settings both same FPS and it will use only 40% of your GPU so don't worry you will be fine with any card all of them will get the same low FPS, low FPS but playable.

AMD is saying a 7900xt for 4k and at 4k your 3090 is avarage 10-15% behind it. I would say you are just fine for 3440x1440 with a 3090, for 90fps your CPU is going to need to be a 12th/13th gen or 7000 series to even have a hope.

I dont think it will have any issues running 120 fps at 4k if you have it paired with an ryzen 7800/7950X3D CPU.

24gb of vram with a memory bus of 384 will be more than plenty. Don't forget to flash it for resizable bar if you dont have it enabled.

Yes. Even a 3080 would be fine.

I'd probably still tune down shadows at least.

He means you may need a newer firmware, 3090 exists before ReBAR was introduced. When I had 3090 by MSI, I needed a newer firmware to enable it.

Nvidia enables ReBAR by default in a very small number of games and from my experience it's a placebo that makes minimal difference. You can't fix a stuttering mess with ReBAR On. LOL

Man when I first saw your title, I thought you meant you wanted to run it on a RTX 3060!

In your case, you are probably fine.

Being able to access the full 24gb at once instead of chunks of 256mb is not a bad thing with some games.

Starfield will likely be very CPU and RAM demanding so the option for the CPU to use some of that GDDR6X better could potentially give a boost here.

For cards with low amounts of vram and smaller memory bus likely not a big deal at all.
