just be sure to test the game performance in less than 2hrs so you can refund it if doesn't work.
Welcome to 2023?
Heck, most of the GPU reviews I see, are full of people complaining that all these new 8GB cards are automatically garbage, because modern games need more than that.
Sick of those reviews. It's not useful in the slightest.
And a new power supply because your using too much power now.... and more system RAM cause you only have 8GB.... and a new motherboard because you just realized its not compatible with the new stuff... you know what just buy a whole new rig at this point lmao
Well, not really from 2016. It had major graphics update not that long ago.
But back on topic, how old is a card with only 4gb? Has to be old.
All the low-end cards have 8GB now, so if you had a GPU already, you should still have enough power to run a new one.
(RX7600 is ~160W, RTX 4060 is only 115W; both say they're fine with a 550W PSU)
Explain how you calculate the VRAM requirement for a 1080p display. Take your time...
That depends on your resolution primarily. At 1080p that should be enough for high settings assuming 2k textures. How it will perform depends on other things, but as far as VRAM consumption it's the resolution and texture size.
If they want a high-end one the wattage is higher. Guess it all depends but fair enough.
