They're actively working on TES6

Fairly certain they can work on several projects at the same time, especially with the money dumped into them from Microsoft

Same Reason Dylan went Electric (Talking about Dylan Thomas and his ordeal of whether to have Electrical Outlets installed). After all was said and done he liked it because no having to replenish the oil lamps or the smoke.

There is a Compilation of Don McLean Hits (he was Johns younger brother) and a later track of American Pie where you can just hear that he is sick of the song.

I don't want Bethesda to get sick of American Pie (that is a metaphor for CAKE (also a fairly good band).

Not quite - Elder Scroll 6 is in pre-production and wont go into full production until after the launch of Starfield and Fallout 5 wont even start pre-production for another 3-4 years...

This is the dream game that Todd Howard has wanted to make for over 20 years thats why... And why not...? Devs deserve to be creative and work on new things...

The back story for this game is, it was Todd's dream project. The team wanted to take a break from Fallout and Elder Scrolls. They were getting burnt out. Elder Scrolls 6 is the next game. No idea when Fallout 5. Since Todd has gone on record saying it will come out sometime in the future. Which hinted that another game will come out before 5. And chances are if Starfield is a hit. They will fast track Starfield 2.
