PS5 delux upgrade

Hello

Today i purchased the deluxe upgrade for AWAKEN - Astral blade out today , but after installing the game even the delux version there is no OST no Artbook and the golden clothes is still locked with message : ( you need to purchased delux upgrade ) so could you fix it quick as possible please

For developers
I also purchased an upgrade from the regular version to the deluxe edition and unfortunately I do not have the soundtrack or the golden scale costume. I purchased the upgrade for PS5 pro if it would make a difference in repairing the game files

May I ask what's your PSN region? We find it isn't work on HK region now. We are asking Sony the reson.

Hi. Having the same issue. Already owned the game and just bought the deluxe upgrade. It says I have purchased the gold costume on the PSN store but can't install it in any way. Also in Europe. Thanks.

I am very sorry for this bug. We are working hard to fix it. Since it need a few help from Sony, so it a bit slowly. Please take us some time.

Just like to say thanks a lot for fixing this issue so quickly. All my bonus content is now showing. Thanks again for the quick and polite response to the issue. I can enjoy the game now :)
