Being honest... YES
Good games :)
Crysis 1 is the console version.
When I first launched it, first thing I saw was "PRESS ENTER TO CONTINUE" where you can't left click but HAVE to press ENTER for the game to load, and I knew this was going to be a sht-show.
No quicksave/quickload, the suit menu quick switch was turned off by default. I am playing the game at "Can it run Crysis" and it looks somehow worse than the vanilla. Maybe it's the garbage post processing designed for "console look" that's making it look so last gen (and this is supposed to be a "remaster").
Even destruction is toned down to match consoles ♥♥♥♥ quality. Crysis 2 and 3 were already consolized and tbh I remember enjoying them as they were, so they are just remastered versions so that's all good.
I think my disappointment is with the first game only. It's still a good deal anyway, I bought all three on discount today and am replaying from the first game (I don't think I ever finished third one when it was released, got bored). So go ahead and buy, just expect disappointment when you load up the legendary Crysis (if you experienced it back when it was released like I did).
Audio issues (sounds just abruptly cut playing), low FOV (can't adjust it in-game without console), motion blur turns on every time you start the game (only setting that doesn't save), have to select language every time I start the game.. etc.
How hard were they even trying with this game on PC? This was made to be sold on consoles primarily, where people don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about quality.
Now with owning "Crysis Remastered" the other two in the bundle would cost me 15,66€. Pretty reasonable. Guess I am going to pull the trigger on it at the end of the month. Don't think it will get much cheaper in the foreseeable future.
The entire bundle of trilogy is on sale, should've just bought that if you were going to buy all three.

I am aware of that.
