As this is happening at that specific scene, then try degrading the AA technique. Try setting it to SMAA 1X or, FXAA.
I'll let Crytek know.
I could then load, play and complete the VTOL extraction point sequence in Relic. But in the next mission, down the hill, when I jumped into the water the game crashed again. Apparently, dying and auto-reloading your last save point destabilises the game additionally...
Update: Most of the time, crashing to desktop at least "stabilises" the game slightly, so I could pass the next areas. Also, I am using very old Nvidia drivers v456.71... this may for once have been an issue. [The current driver version seems to be Version: 496.13 WHQL Release Date: 2021.10.12]. I tend not to update to every driver release, installing over the old drivers again and again, because that massively destabilises the drivers.
I managed to solve it only by setting EVERYTHING to high, DLSS off. after that mission I managed to play without crashes back with the highest settings (I had a few on the end of Onslaught, but I could procceed)
Thank you buddy, the issue seems to pass long time ago. it is actually not installed on my main SSD as it only for OS and some programs. interesting.
