Game wont open properly

When I open the game it seems to load but instead of pulling up the main menu or anything of that sort, it just stays on a grey screen. I've checked files, reset my computer, and uninstalled the game. Nothing seems to work
Can anyone help me with this sort of problem?

I can see the menu and i can read the text, but i can't see any of the images during the dialogue, i see the grey screen too

Do you have audio plugged in to your computer, like speakers or headphones? A lot of times that's what causes an error in games I've noticed - the lack of audio device to output to.

I dont, and I still cant figure the problem out. Last thing ever did on the game was change the volume because it was too loud. Than it changed to that grey screen and its been that way for awhile.
