I see people talking about a secret ending after seeing every girl route. I can't get it, nor I can find it searching on internet. So it's a joke or it's real?

Really liking the game so far, I don't play Visual Novels much but this is pretty nice. A wild ride from beginning to end, and it really was something where there's more than meets the eye.
