I'm having this same issue as well. Not a single call comes in, whether I advertise or not.

Audio Bug: Animals who are scared of Thunder make dog noises. When dogs cower and whine, the same audio plays for cats when they're also cowering because of thunder.

Haven't yet tested this with the other animals, but cats and dogs make the same scared noise when it's thundering.

Make it compatible for mac? this game looks like something id really enjoy but i have a mac, wondering if theres any plans to make it available on here too? looking forward to playing one day if there is :)

Currently, unfortunately, we are not planning to release the game for MAC. But maybe in the future :)

1) I was playing the scenario (3) where you take over the hotel with the neglected pets. I called the vet and he was just stuck walking around the pet and didnt actually heal them.. I figured it might have been a one off, but the next ingame day the same thing happens. I cannot complete the scenario this way. It was a gamebreaking game of musical chairs with a sick animal

I stopped playing the game because employees were broken (including the vet/groomer etc.) Today I came back to the game hoping it would be fixed so I can play again, but it still doesn't work.
Vet and groomer not working are breaking the game, they just walk circles around a pet or spin in place.
When is it expected to be fixed?

I guess I will try and get some support here... I emailed as requested and still have not heard a thing and the game seems to be getting worse!

I am having multiple issues with this game:
1. The game glitches and freezes constantly. Especially when the day changes.
2. When employees/pets walk around they will go into a spin like they are confused or lost which cannot be undone. This eventually makes them upset, they do not complete their task and or you cannot interact with them.
3. When the day starts the constant notifications on the left hand side of the screen cause the game to lag and there is no way to turn them off
4. Also when the day begins you cannot complete tasks because of the business happening as the game is paused/lagged
5.When the day ends it takes quite some time for the next day to load.. even up to 5 minutes before it will begin a new day.
6. The groomer, masseur and vet do not complete required tasks. If the person is not able to complete their task then we should not be penalized for it!
7. guests will stand at an empty desk, why do they not move to one with an assigned employee or employee move to assist at the empty desk?
8. I cannot fill food/water in animals rooms. It will either give me the clean only option or say someone else is using it and yet they never show up.
9. There needs to be a "break option" for employees so you can assign a receptionist to break duty and they will fill whatever is needed. Currently employees just walk off and you cannot complete the task they started.
10. Glass floor/roof is not keeping out the rain?
11. If you have employees why are they not clipping nails. That process is HORRIBLE and takes forever! The glitching of the bar moving left to right has caused me to cut a nail too short on several occasions.
12. Employees putting in food in which animals are allergic to causing you to have to call the vet. If you have employees this should not be happening!

You asked what my PC build is.... see below. I have never had a game glitch as much as this one and I am a gamer/streamer and have put way more stress on my pc than this game could ever put out.

If it's the receptionist you have to assign them at the computer where you intake pets. They will come in after you do that.

I have found that if that happens, I leash the dog and then unleash them. It makes the groomer grab the leash, and sometimes they walk away and come back later.

Still not fixed, just had this issue now. Leashed and unleashed the dog, groomer is still walking in circles. When she first enters the property she walks in a circle and slowly makes her way towards the animal she was going to. Quite frustrating.

I had one medium-sized dog room, I gave it to a customer, then another customer made a reservation for a medium-sized dog room, but I could not complete the room because the day was over. The next day, my employee assigned 2 dogs to the same room and the dogs entered the bug.
