Unfortunately I didn't see this before I exited the game/reloaded saves so I don't have screenshots but I ran into two problems that made the game unplayable.

1. Day 3, go into hotel and start to check on animals. Turtle and 2 rabbits are no longer in their cages, and their names are not on them. I go to the fish room and see that they are each in a tank and VERY unhappy. I am unable to return them to their original cages. This also meant that the fish I was taking in that day were no longer in the computer and able to be taken.

Reloaded

Played through Day 2 again with no issues. Day 3, start taking care of animals. Go to play with Cat with toy with feathers. It won't show me a cursor and won't let me hit close. I had to alt+f4 to be able to get out of the game.

Installed RAM 8.00 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor


I had no issues with lag or anything. The graphics looked great. I think I just ran into two very random bugs.

Bonjour, petit message pour prévenir d'un bug avec le bureau de réceptionniste. Je ne peux plus le supprimer ou le bouger à cause d’objets dessus qui ne sont plus détecté. Bonne journée à vous et merci pour ce jeu ;)

Would saving and loading the game not help? Can you share the game save using some file-sharing service so I can better investigate the issue if reloading the game doesn't help? Thank you very much!

I have made 4 rooms for cats. After a while there in the list for booking only 2 rooms. Also the roomnumbers at the doors are vanished. But I haven't changed anything in these rooms...

So far I'm having a blast playing the game but I do have two issues.

Issue 1. The first issue is that I cannot assign the receptionist I hired to the receptionist desk. He stays at my desk and I'm spammed with the error message shown from the attached screenshot.

When I hired him, it let me assign him to the desk but when the next day came for him to work, it kept spamming the error message that he cannot work because he was not assigned to a station. When I tried assigning him to the receptionist station again, no error popped up but it wouldn't let me. I have tried restarting the save and the game to no avail.

Issue 2. The second issue I have is with room 004. No matter if the door is open or closed, the cat keeps glitching through the door and/or wall and escaping. The cat makes his great escape outside the hotel and by the time I find him, all his moods are low. This happens several times each day and I have no issues with any other room or animal. Restarting the game and the save didn't fix this either.

Ad 2, Try move the cat scratching post a little further away from the wall and see if that helps.

Do these rooms have floors, walls, and ceilings (not roofs)? Do they show a red icon inside them?

Shaming me - I think I have just delete the catroom itself without noticed it. The wall are still there, but the room inside was lost. After I put 2 new rooms inside the walls all is ok now.

Hello, have you tried changing the names of the aquarium, terrarium, or rooms before encountering this bug?

Game softlocks when trying to play with the cats (with the feather stick), mouse cursor disappears, happenend 2x, tabbing out and back in didn't help, same with reloading. Playing 1st szenario.

Edit: it happenend with the yellow stick with blue feathers, I tried others, they work.

Moving the scratching post definitely helped and there hasn't been another escape attempt since. The moment I moved it, he turned around and came back into the room. Thank you. :D

I did run into another issue though. I cannot progress past day 15. Once day 14 ends and day 15 begins, all the animals I booked are not in their rooms/habitats and are not shown in the hotel's booking system. The same people come to drop their animals off and I have to rename the rooms and re-book all the animals again. The issue repeats at the end of each day. Reloading the save and the game didn't work.
