how to give massages

I love the game, but 1 thing i don't understand is how the pets can get massages. I got 1 employ who should be the 1 giving them, but she isn't causing costumers to be unsatisfied. How to do this?

Have you tried to do it through the computer?

I did look into both computers, but I don't see anywhere an option to sent her in for the massage. I only see that I can fire her, change her work hours and I was able to sent her on training, but not anymore since she probably has the maximum training (level 3)

Use the phone at reception. call masseur or groomer

you have to call them using the phone
