Unfair matchmaking... mismatched right from round 1.

I know for a fact that the game has mismatched me, when my first opponent has 4 pets on his team. That's not possible with the starting 10 gold. the most you can get is 3 pets + a reroll. Either a mismatch or my opponent is cheating.
And sometimes I feel bad cause I'm on the other side of the mismatch, and my team curbstomps my opponent without even losing 1 pet on my team. WTF???

The developer is fully aware of these complaints, but they haven't been able to reproduce this kind of obvious mismatching. So they've requested that anyone who experiences it, to please take a screenshot.

Personally, I've seen dozens of these claims, but not a single screenshot.

If multiple unique users make the same/similar claim. That in itself warrants an investigation. The fact that no screenshots are shown, well that is simple. No one knows they are wanted. People see a problem, and they will mention it. They wont go searching if there are other threads about it, they come for confirmation. Only people who patrol the forums would look for previous threads of the same subject.

Is it the right thing to do? No. It causes clutter. But that is what happens.

They have investigated it. They couldn't find anything to substantiate those claims.
And 90% of the time, when the poster actually describes the "cheated" enemy team, those complaints turn out to be easily explained. They overreacted because of a pair of otters.
If you're gonna make a claim, then you have to back it up. That's just a rule of life. It shouldn't need to be explained to you.

Yes, this exactly. I started out having fun with this game but quickly started noticing things that were impossible... Why do I get matched with enemies that are multiple waves ahead of me? It just plain isn't fair as you get a set amount of gold per wave (with few exceptions) and even 1 wave difference is HUGE. The matchmaking system needs a close look at.

Here's a fun fact. The game has a replay function. Right up there in the right hand corner. Not having a screenshot to show your complaint, yet still going "it DID happen!!" is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
It didn't happen. You fell asleep for the first round. Forgot to buy things round 2, or merged your pets, and then saw 3 of your pets vs 4 of theirs.

I pumped the peacock from the soonest moment you can get one. I had the buffing pets giving it tons of HP every turn... and then I come up against this Bull$%!&. Tell me that match making system isn't broken...

Looks fine to me. All that screen shot tells me is you think you understand the game more than you actually do, not to mention it's sort of irrelevant to the larger conversation about turn 1 vs a player with 4 pets.

"Tell me that match making system isn't broken..." until someone this happened to actually supplies tangible evidence to demonstrate the problem manifest then I have to tell you that the match making system isn't broken.

Reminds me of noobs on Pokemon Showdown quickly calling you a hacker because their powerful attacks aren't doing a one-shot on your Nosepass that has Sturdy. Then getting even more confused when your Nosepass does Pain Split healing itself to max while doing about half "damage" to their Legendary Pokemon. lol

for some reason i keep winning all the time, where is this bad matchmaking u speak off? not even once ive met weirdly powerful enemies, just dont draw 10 turns in a row thinking its still round 2 :v

If the best explanation for your complaint is that you're mistaken, and you refuse to give any evidence to the contrary, then what else are we supposed to do? Believe you without any question? How do you even expect the developer to do anything, when nobody has provided any data that could point them toward these erroneous matchups? If someone posted a screenshot, then the devs could easily lookup that match and troubleshoot it from there. But instead, you expect them to comb through the logs of every single match, looking for a match that might not even be real.
You're throwing a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hissy-fit, because some people on the internet have the audacity to suggest that you press a button.

An potential issue is reported, there is no game logs or anything of the sort. Oh, no sir. Evidence must be provided! Proof must be shown! Consumers are now the tech team! No one dare make a comment questioning the reliability of match making. It has never had an issue in the past. Not used to reduce delays in matching. No sir, such a thing would NEVER happen.

Even though the likely hood of that happening in single digit rounds are astronomical. No sir. Proof! We all demand proof!. We can't admit that it may happen, rarely but it can. When even the devs can't find anything to backup yours claim after looking at it multiple times, then yes, proof is needed. Not even for us, for the dev team. So if such a problem really exist, it can be fixed. Better to do that (if you really want the game to be better) instead of writing some stupid comments over and over with 100 of insults that helps nobody

Especially after 0 screenshots with such a claims were posted. And if there were any at some point, all of them were easily explainable and not a game problem at the end.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, expecting the users to supply evidence is NORMAL for game support. How hard is it to press the dedicated button on your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ keyboard to take a screen shot? "Print Screen" if you somehow didn't know, or you could use the "snipping tool" if you're on windows (windows + shift + S) and save a screen shot that way. If you're on your phone, use whatever key combination or gesture captures a screen shot... This is what is expected of the people who are making the claim because it's how they can determine what (if anything) is going wrong because SO FAR no one is actually supplying them a match they can look at that corroborates the story.

Also, you have a cheek to call people clowns since you're being the biggest one in this thread, especially the bit about telling people to buzz off. If you don't want people to explain what it is that is expected of you when you "encounter this problem" then demonstrate that you know what is expected of you by supplying the screenshot. I think the game could survive losing you though, so if this is too much to ask why don't /you/ "buzz off"?
