It seems like i have to click everything in order to get it to work. I have to click each ship to build undock join fleet mine return unload thats just for a mining fleet

I keep getting the same tip pop up repeatedly again and again. Even after saving and quitting the game and coming back, the tip reappears every 30 seconds or so. It reads, "right click on the fleet leader to leave the station" I have tried numerous times to follow the instruction, with different approaches each time, but nomatter what, the tip continues to reappear. I noticed that the world around the station feels static. Sure, there are some random things, but I don't get a sense of an actual world. I'd love to see something like space rangers, where the war against the dominators went on around you, and you could participate, or just watch while you traded and leveled. :)...
