Hardest team to do a playthrough with?
Is it as obvious as Williams or is it a case of Haas could be a secret dodgy team due to bad facilities? With Williams you can always sack Latifi straight away and get in Piastri or Doohan.

I've done McLaren, got them 3rd in first season with 4 wins for Norris and now challenging for title in 2nd season. Done the same with Aston with getting them to win the champ in the 2nd season with Gasly.

I would say the Top Teams, which are on the Olymp and the Goals and Manaement-Demands are high. But haven´t tested that out.

I make an Run with Haas atm.

Williams is the hardest, but you can still win it all by season 3.
Hardest over a single season is probably a team like Mclaren with high expectations and a poor car to start.
But, no team is 'hard'

Do not agree. I play fiorst Haas and after 1 season I was out. With Williams in the first season i have 13points and im 7th general wich is much more as expected and i can easy do my work. I thik also, RBR, Farrari or McLaren can be the hardest to manage becouse of expectation with not much more money and same time as others.

I can see why Haas are the hardest for sure after starting a playthrough with them, they've got poor drivers with no facilities and terrible mechanics(they have low pit and feedback ratings) and they want you to finish 6th in the championship which is very difficult as you'd have to beat 2 of McLaren, Alpine, Alfa Romeo and Alpha Tauri which I can tell you right now in my current game is unlikely to happen. If I get fired for not hitting my season objective then this is for sure harder than Williams.

You won´t get fired in the first 2 Seasons. After the 3rd it could be if you don´t manage the short and medium Goals.

HAAS start with a better car than Mclaren. KMAG is a solid driver, though Dropping Mick early would be a good call.

Mick is good too and not so bad as every say. Otherwise Kevin have to be seen as an bad driver too, which he isn´t.

The Problem are the Cars and the HQ. In 2nd or 3rd Season for you as Team Principle it´s much easyer Managable if you make your HQ-Upgrades correctly in the 1st Year and 2nd Year.

Williams is easy to manage in comparsion with Haas. Haas is weak in almost every single way. The car is too slow, pit crew is too slow, Mick is too weak and easy lost his motivation. Only possibilities to reach a good result is wet race with smart strategy. I have 3 ewt racees and on Spa i have P6 and 9, RBR P8 and 10 and Suzuka P9 and 10 and one time i reach point in dry race it was just P10 in COTA with a bit of luck becouse many crashes. But what i think its also a bit of luck or unluck what the others doo. When i play with Williams, Mclarenhas very weak season with only 9 points. When I play Haas, McLaren has 49points and was very strong and unreacheble to catch them. So m mostly race with Williams and Aston for 0 points places. Goal is P6...Immpossible.

I'm currently on course for p6 with Haas but this has been by far the hardest so far due to Mick being so poor - just like real life he likes an expensive crash. I found McLaren relatively easy, I got Norris to 4 wins in my 1st season and dominated in season 2. The only other team I found tricky was Aston due to the gap between the 8th and 9th best cars in the first season.

What I have found out is, that the Teams with the smallest Team-Task Bar are the easyest to play. The Team-Task Bar shows the Difficulty.

The higher the Team-Task Bar the more impossible Assignments you get. So don´t build to much Buildings with the Team-Interest-Upgrade until you are Ready for it.

Yes Haas is not the best Team, therefore it makes it very interresting. And Williams as well as the Teams with the lower Team-Task Bars are nice to play too about the not so dificullty Assignments.

What the Drivers belongs: If you get the Moral high, the Drivers learn faster and the Learning-Potential could change from f. e. Avarage to High.

Is fully Readable in the Help-Info-Boxes. I have looked in them to look where is the Difficulty and what you can do that the Drivers learning better.

With Williams its not so easy if You reach in 1 season much more as expected. Than of course expectation for next season are growing but becouse some changes You are almost in the same place as You are at the 1 season begining.
What i find out as poorest part of this game - no feedback about the Drivers. I have good base setups for every track, but than you must to consider how balanced your car is and this is easy, be couse car analitics. You just dont know nothing about driver, that he need more over or understering, better or less grip, more stability by breaking or better in cornering...This is mostly lucky point if you balance the car for 100%. My best result by setup was at Imola - both drivers (Albon and Piastri) 99% and overal...just P14 and 15:/ Piastri in Q2 i think just be couse he has new engine and transmission.

I did couple of playthough that I'm quiet proud of.
Winning wc at first season with mercedes
Took overFerrari, fired both drivers, hired Mick Schumacher and Giovinazzi, won both titles :D
