Switch Team mid season or at end ?

Is there away to edit/mod game so during a current game save you can switch teams.. ?

Nope about Hardcoding from the Devs. And that´s good so.

Otherwise the real Management with Revisions from you as Team Principle would make no Sense.

If the Devs decide to bring such an Option in that you can go in Rent / Resign from yourself or get an Offer from an other Team to Switch, they will integrate it. Therefore it´s like it is.

Then it´s so atm. for that Base-Version of the Game-Series.

But remember, this won´t be unwatched from the Licence-Owners and Devs / Publisher. Not to forget think about what Consequences you Modders bring to the fair Community which aren´t using the not allowed Mods.

The devs should have released the game with option 'manager (Team principal) contract' in the first place.

Perhaps they didn't find this feature in MM, so they thought it doesn't need. (lol)

+1 not being able to change teams in a save is a critical negative point in longevity. I love the modders work so far, they have produced better content than the devs have been able to produce from day 1. One of the reasons I played for longer than this game deserved before i deleted it.
