CFD and wind tunnel hours
How are wind tunel hours split among teams? How to get the most for Mercedes? First iI got 72 hours per period and 2nd time only 62. Both was for 3rd position in constructor. Firt Hamilton was 3rd and socond time 4th.. Is there any formula for this?

It's based on the previous seasons constructors finishing position. The higher you finish the less you get the following season. It does show you (at the end of the season I think) how much each team will be getting

Exact explained.

Williams as 10th get the most time for Car-Developments for Aerodynamic-Parts-Upgrades the running Season as well as Research Time for next Year Aerodynamic-Parts.

Red Bull as 1th get the lessest time for that.
Yes it makes sence but how its possible that in 2 different seasons when I finished both 3rd in constructor champ I got different amount of hours and development points...

The hours can be adjusted with rule changes. I've seen it in my game where the hours available were adjusted down.

I had that happen to me, too. Fortunately I kept my job after finishing 9'th. in my first season and received the second-most amount of wind tunnel and CFD time. Season two, a rules change went into effect in which every team received equal wind tunnel and CFD time and I finished third. By then, it was good enough to make Aston Martin the top team in the third season!
