A lot of people will say MM and i can agree to a point. MM relies heavily on mods to make it work half decent and with mods come some issues. I cannot save one setup whilst there is a mod running, game will sometimes crash. The difficulty of MM is not enough to sustain a long career, after 2 seasons i'm always running away with the championship, this gets stale quickly. I have endurance and GT with the base game of MM so i'm still kinda playing it. With F1 lets judge it when they have finished updating it, they have now vowed to fix issues and once they do then it would 100% be my choice out of the two.

Both not the best...in my opinon, but MM is way better, F1-"Manager" is not a manager...

F1 Manager borrowed heavily from the Motorsport Manager formula, so in terms of gameplay they're both very similar. However, Motorsport Manager fully implements the formula, while F1 Manager feels like they ran out of time and had to release what they had. It was a good effort that may have been saved with some significant post-release updates... which they've already pulled the plug on (it's only minor patches from here on out).

In the grand scheme of things, though, they're both very shallow management games. So whichever way you go, adjust your expectations accordingly.

F1 Manager is a shell of what it should be..

For the price, MM is much, much, much better at creating a Management experience..this one is just officially licensed, which honestly in no way makes it superior. The game is dumpster fire.

MM is better but not perfect... However, it's a 6 year old game and the first to actually push racing management to a good simulation level.

F1M 2022 is unexcusable.
