Instructions

Use uTinyRipper[sourceforge.net] to extract game files. Download it, import The Stanley Parable Ultra Deluxe_Data directory and wait for it to finish.
Alternatively, use AssetRipper[github.com], though it's only required to import *.assets files. This extractor takes longer to import, so make sure you don't import anything else.

Findings

  The unused portion of the texture has text that reads: "To those who find this texture in the distant future... Please... I'm begging you. Leave a positive review", which is hilarious. I found it in the first week of the release

  There is text on the spine, reading "Join discord.gg/crows if you find this". For the record, it's probably visible in-game, but this is as clear as it can be.

using unity explorer, i found a slider in the games settings that is labeled "brightness". Doesn't seem to do anything currently

new-content-nav-plagues.png is that has a grey background,has a set of arrows in this order: left, up, right,
sharp turn right, sharp turn left, sharp turn up and says to the left:

"is this...another secret that dom hid?? thats right bucko"

found some other stuff but mostly leftovers like the zen ending with the narrator talking about the levers and crossing a bridge, which was already cut content from the previous game that was still left in the code for some reason.

That'd be cool, since the first game made it very hard to do the normal noclip thing with the Source engine. Restricting the dev console, the serious room, and if you do manage to activate noclip, the game crashes if you go outside of the map to try to view anything.

Unity has no developer console like Source, that I know of.

There are still free-camera mods for Unity.

No need for the serious room if there's nothing deserving of sending you there. There's no "sv_cheats 1" equivalent in Unity, as far as I know.

I know far less about Unity than I do about Steam. Would you suggest a Serious Room (which is alluded to in this game at one point with a picture) if someone tries to use one of those free-camera mods?

I thought it was more than just a picture. I could have sworn I saw a sign that said serious room behind some stuffat one point. Or I could have gone mad. It's certainly one of the two.

Both. There are pictures of it, and also a glimpse to the room behind some impassable obstacles. In pictures, you also find Minecraft and Portal.
