No one did a mass shooting because of Joker. It never happened. There was no mass shooting when the Movie Joker released (much to the dismay of MSNBC). You are living in a delusional world.
so, first of all, thanks for the spoiler that livia is a dragon @w@ (tho its probably my own fault that i readed it ... would´ve been still better to mark it as spoiler ... ) and well, if livia is a dragon is it probably ok, cause she´s probably the usual "i am 900years old" small girl xD.
with the others can i understand why there would be contraversy and all the "omg its lolicon" peoples jump with their guns and want to shoot all those "i wanna marry this girl" peoples. i straight forward wanted hina (the girl you safe at the start) simply because you safe her at the start etc. so ya have already somekind of relationship from the get go to her but sadly, ya cant. do i complain? no. is it correct that hina isnt marryable? yea, probably.
i still would´ve liked it since the main character got connected with her in an instant.
i would not be surprised if anyone ever puts those things together and makes a mod that ya all get ya wish to have livia as wife xD.
i honestly dont mind, i setted my eyes on Fuuka (フーカ, Fūka, Fuqua[1]) is a character in Rune Factory 5.
i wonder why steam censors her name xD
the person which did the voice for livia even said in the commentary "if enough peoples asking for it might it happen" so it could very much be that a DLC could happen. (and i mean the japanese commentary, not the english one).
Well, all I'm saying is it's not guaranteed. I'm saying this from observing what they did with Venti from RF4. Even if a lot of people come forward to demand Livia (which is hard enough with all the LoliPhobia going on nowadays, just like how 'violent gory game phobia' was a big thing in the past), theres a big possibility they might just give Livia a few extra panels in the specials like what happened in RF4 special.
Also, isn't it kinda too late for a dlc for it? The japanese version released May of 2021, it's been well over a year and JP version didn't really get a dlc for that.
I also went with Fūka, can't say no to a fluffy tail.

Think, they caved in & added gay elements to the game, means with enough pressure they might add other stuff also.
RF5 is worth it's price.
"Go play 4", with a boring fixed view and a really crappy RNG that hides content worse than Monster Hunter's RNG's desire sensor?
Not to mention the bad level curves, going from like Level 60 enemies to Level 180 all at once.
Meanwhile RF5 fixes those RNG issues, has a full 3D view, and a level curve that fits the story progression. And in general is fun.

Also, they didn't "cave in" on anything. The publisher asked about same-sex relationships and the producer thought it was a good idea and had the the team add it in.
That's been done throughout the franchise.
Even Story of Seasons had characters that by all rights should be available, but aren't.
The biggest offender was Alisa in Sunshine Islands, who even has heart events and everything.
But she will never accept a marriage proposal. Period.
(As she's a nun, and believes the Harvest Goddess demands she be devoted solely to her (despite never actually speaking to her))
It wasn't until Tale of Two Towns (where Alisa makes a return appearance) that they finally did add the option to marry her.
(Requiring you to collect 6 magical stones, bring them to the Harvest Goddess and make a wish to marry Alisa. She'll outright appear to Alisa and tell her she approves of marrying your character)
Even then, Alisa still refuses to have children, implying some view of celibacy.
That said, bachelor/ettes get an even gender ratio so no Livia. And any time there is an outlier it takes way more work, so I'm pretty sure romancing her would also involve restoring her power and giving her an adult body to make it less creepy. Mostly because having a spouse who can't go on adventures with you would be mechanically terrible.
Or a sloppy duchess who may or may not been a governor of Selphia
Why do they always put lolis and not a milf to get married?
Elsje is love <3
Look at the I Think I Turned My Childhood Friend into a Girl debacle. All criticism sent to the English teams get thrown out. Remember to tell the Japanese dev team directly, in Japanese on the Japanese feedback page, that the localizers are at it again.
