Did the physics/movement change in the Accel Coda demo?
I LOVE the way this game feels, and the tightness and responsiveness of the controls is only matched by that of Crash 3.

However, when I played the Accel Coda demo on Itch, the movements seemed to feel more sluggish and much slower to accelerate and decelerate, and I felt I messed up compensating for some tight jumps (without using the slow movement feature). But, I figure my mind just might be playing tricks on me due to the different model. But I wanted to make sure: Did the character movement (attack, sustain, and release period of direction inputs) change in the Accel Coda demo compared to the current version of the game? Or was it just me imagining things?

Old as this thread may be, is it possible that you played with the smooth turning option enabled? I find that playing with that setting turned off makes movement much tighter. I didn't notice much of a difference in how the characters move between the original release and the Accel Coda demo, but I did play both with that setting turned of.

Wow, thank you. Honestly....the controls while fine, were VERY difficult to be precise. OP above saying as smooth as Crash had me scratching my head. With smooth turning off it is indeed stellar. Thanks again!
