Questions about several achievements

Correct me if im wrong for some, for the others i would like some ideas how to do them.
Keen Hunter - am i correct in assuming i have to go into NG+ to complete this?
The number of the Beast - need some help with this, what enemy to attack, with what weapon and what combination of accessories to get such a crit.
Geographer - again im guessing NG+?
World Flower - ending achievement?
Dream - ending achievement?
Waiting - ending achievement?

There are some that are hidden but i guess those are for NG+.

I'm assuming it has something to do with the "Hollow Vessel" accessory, but I have zero idea about everything else. I had the accessory equipped, was making my way up bouncing off these helicopter dudads - bam, achievement unlocked.

The 666 achievement - Greatsword + some low-level mobs, and just flat luck. Got mine accidently relatevely early when was backtracking first areas for some secrets.

i was able to get the Number of the Beast achievement in a couple mintes using a fully upgraded Pyro Calamity with the Hornbeast set, wearing Fatal Ring, Blackrock Heart, and Hermit's Cape doing Steel Nemesis divebomb attacks on the little rock guys in Rainbow Plains. there's one save location that has a few that spawn near it.

just play around with gear on enemies near a save spot until you see something in the high 600s reliably.

Got the Beast achievement randomly using the blast from the mysterious rod. Approximately at level 70 with all items boosting drop and rare drop.
