Clan Tartan Requests?

Hello, not sure if this has been addressed elsewhere, but is it (or will it) be possible to change the clans? I'd like to play as the MacLean clan.

It seems like it might not be in your vision, but it would be nice to have a way to generate a playable custom clan, with a text-entry for motto, and creating a new plaid by choosing colors and schemes. a tartan generator shouldn't be any larger of a task than the appearance randomizer is, just with a few user options. Personally, I always play as Campbell due to family ties, but it would be in keeping with the game's theme of making a new settlement. The family wants to raise a chieftain and create a new clan instead of just being a sept of an existing clan.

Oh, I do want to create a tartan generator as well. It is just finding the time vs other tasks. In order of precedence right now it is Adding other Ancient Tartans, Adding Generic Tartans that can be renamed, then a full on tartan generator with naming/mottos etc.

There are just so many other critical issues I am working on right now that I have not been able to get to it.

I don't know if any requests are still being taken but Clan Erskine would be a valuable addition. Custodians of the Royal Family and the major clan involved in the first two Scottish Jacobin Revolts. Je Pense Plus, no need for Galic as the French was the historically correct for all clans.

That mention of a possible plaid generator to make our own would be awesome.
