Hey there everyone!

It has been a while since our last update, but we've been working hard behind the scenes of Sanctuary: Shattered Sun and we want to share with you some of the improvements we made.

As always, we have been adding new units to the game as we go along, so here are a few of them for you to look at. The Guard faction has some impressive turnout, and here are some you may not have seen before:
If you've been browsing our Discord or social media you may have seen some of these, but here they are in a bit more detail in case you missed them! We have some grenade artillery bots, some hover tanks, various new structures in the background, and of course the start of the show - the huge and menacing Titan we added not too long ago!

Next we have a unit with a new game mechanic we've mentioned in the past - the combat drone launcher! This building will launch attack drones at its targets that will shoot on them for you from quite some distance! Be careful though, the enemy can shoot down these drones with some defensive structures.

And here is one of these aforementioned defensive structures! These aren’t able to damage normal units, but are fantastic against drones. Try to guess how this one will work, it’s far from obvious! Good luck!



Next we just wanted to share this update to our Chosen titan unit. We've had this model for a while (you can see it in our cinematic trailer!) But we've recently updated it and given it some extra polish and detail. Now you can admire it up close!

Just to put it into perspective of how huge it is, here it is again dwarfing units around it. Check out its many barrels and turrets - those are full sized heavy weapons on there and it makes them look tiny!

And lastly we have been working hard on the UI for the game - here is a mockup image we put together. It's still a work in progress, but we have most of that working in the game right now! We wanted to make sure the UI doesn’t interfere with the most important element on the screen - the game itself - and so we are trying to make something that’s not too intrusive, but still easy to read and work out what’s going on. The UI is scaleable and supports 4K screens. This (as is everything!) is still subject to change so your feedback is appreciated!
