The UI will definitely see many changes and improvements, mainly based on feedback from our community. Thank you for sharing your thoughts - we will try to provide more info on this topic as soon as possible. And hey - we are glad to hear that you liked the Demo 😉
I would also highlight the artstyle - unit appereance with darker vibe, and coordinated attack flag - this is simple but -excelent- idea, how ti improve the formula
But the UI is wanky.
I just played Majesty 2 and Lessaria demo, another RTS game using Majesty formula (BTW directly titled to be the spiritual successor to Majesty) to compare and both games do it right.
This is essential thing for a gameplay. You simple need attack/defense/exploration/warning flags to be available from main screen.
Mentioned active spells are even worse in Crown of Greed, player needs to do 3 steps to use them, 1. open the castle section, 2. open the spell section 3. choose spell from spell wheel.
And these spells are used in situation, when player needs to react quickly, I would like to use hotkeys fir them.
I see, that You made UI to be adjustable for console control, but "this is not good" for strategy on PC.
You made great wotk with Crown of Greed, but You "risk" all Your work with this UI.
So please, do not do not underestimate the UI.
-I would like to able to increase reward for coordinate attack from "rally flag" - where I am checking, how many heroes are interesting in attack. At the moment, I can do it only from "target flag"
-Heroes list in upper left corner, I would like (or need) too see teams separated from individual heroes
