To people who say Nicole Brennan looks old and ugly...

1) We don't know how old she is
2) She is not 28 nor 39
3) She is a medical officer on a mining star ship. She is not a model!!!
4) Isaac is 47 years old (born in 2461. DS1 takes place in 2508)

One developer said in some video(supposedly) that Nicole is in her early 40s. 43 perhaps???
But we simply don't know for sure. None game sources exactly state her age.

So stop being ignorant.

I think most of the complaints are from very ignorant youths that haven't been around a lotta real working people to see that yeah... she looks her age and yeah... stress can make you show it. By the time you hit your 40's if you're in a high stress job you're probably gonna start showing the aging signs like that. There's just too many young folks that wanna run their mouths instead of looking at real people around them for once. Then again a lot of people have a really hard time of guessing ages anyways. I would say that the remake actually nailed it for making the characters at least look their ages unlike the original which kinda made everyone look like they were maybe late 20's at best or very early 30's.

Indeed so, that sure is hell not "40s". Funny is the complaint that people WERE based on the voice actors in their early 30s in the original.

And no, the Remake does a bad job of "nailed it" unless you're talking about that baking show. Gunner Wright already provided the face for Isaac in Dead Space 2 and 3, and now here he's Isaac Sandler chasing after "end scene Nicole". Kendra not only had to be changed because her Native American voice actress her character was based upon was deemed Problematic by the academics and activists, but her lines to Isaac about looking up Nicole were casually butchered for sake of making him voiced. That was significant to Kendra's character, as was the difference between Isaac switching off the video or it "ending" in static.

All the bad excuses for Motive inheriting some bad parts from Mass Effect: Andromeda, and so here's hoping for a Mass Effect: Andromeda 1.05 patch to fix the faces.

I mean, this game has walking reanimated corpses, had attractive characters in the last game, and we're talking about realistic looks on women "who really exist as voice actors looking better at more advanced ages" as if the devs put that much forethought in to it regarding AGED looking women?

making Issic look more attractive and making the females look less attractive, issic looked WORSE in the first games, he was supposed to, no one is arguing that issic should remain looking younger, if the way people argue it is as if we aren't even talking about how the main character doesn't even look right, but somehow everyone is ok with THAT illogical unrealistic change.

even if we switch off our thinking caps, and just say "oh ok yeah, she looks old for realism" not that everyone abuses their bodies and neglects their skin, but ok for arguments sake, yes some people look like trolls who work stressful jobs.

Kendra has ZERO excuse to look the way she looks, ZERO, they actually sacrificed art design on her uniform to make her look.

it's one thing to say "i don't care" fair enough, you don't care, I can respect that, enjoy the game or don't.

but to argue dynamics with a fixed point of logical leaner thought and not not see a pattern of why things were done is deliberate ignorance, especially because no one talks about all 3 characters changes in relation to each other, once you do, you have zero argument, it isn't chance that issic was changed to be more traditionally attractive and young looking, and nicole was changed to look OLDER than her voice actress, it isn't about realism, it's a video game, but they rather make political statements and personal expressions about the hate for...what attractive women? or perhaps male preferences.

that means they've literally SWITCHED what was in the original, where nicole looked younger and issic looked older, and you notice everyone seems to talk about that with negativity, as though it's some moral prerogative to tear down women who look fantastic for their age, what kind of thinking is that?

even in dead space 2 isn't a valid excuse with all things considered.

all the personal insults, word play wont get around that, it's too obvious whats happened here.
