I'm wondering which upscaling model is best for 3D anime video
and I wanna see comparison of models

For 3D anime, I think you mean "3DCG" stuff? ... You'd just have to experiment with a short clip and see which model does the best job. Unfortunately video upscaling is such a fast-developing field right now that there aren't very many comprehensive comparisons being done. By the time you spent a couple weeks figuring out "aha! this one is the best for this purpose!" there might already be a revision to a different model that makes it work even better.

If your 3DCG is made to resemble 2D anime, then the two most useful ones in my experience are ncnnCugan and ncnnRealESR. You can see a some comparisons the creators have made:

Esrgan is significantly faster and has lower requirements than many other models and does a pretty good job, I'd suggest starting with it.
