As an example, I have a GTX 760, run with medium details and easily run much higher then that at the menu and in a number of the maps.
There have been issues reported with UE4 and 10X series of nVidia cards, but they are usually rendering artifacts in the optics and green screen issues.
If you could share some of your basic specs, perhaps someone with a similar setup can chime in.
I understand. I'm running a 1070 with 8GB, I7-4777 3.2 GHz with 16 GB of RAM.
I personally don't think it's a spec issue. I installed a new driver but that didn't fix the issue.
I even tried reinstalling the game, but it was no help.
Mines not dipping though. It's constantly there. The game is unplayable for me.
I was able to fix it. There was an OS update on my end (duh). I am able to play this in 4K on high now. Thank you.
Are there specific instances?
Is that a "gaming laptop"?
some thoughts:
I guess you really have to optimize whats possible to get a good experience...
How much Ram? System Drive is a SSD?
Powerplan on HighPerformance?
Gpu power setting in the nvidia control panel is on max performance and texture quality on performance, not quality?
How are cpu/gpu temps? Use hwinfo64 to have look at the temps...
Maybe lifting the back of the laptop a little lets it breathe a little better. That can result in lower temps and higher clocks and more (stable) fps...
I need to tell about my experience in a GTX 1050ti
16gb ram
Processador AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor, 4000 Mhz, 4 Núcleo(s), 8 Processador(es) Lógico(s)
SSD Disk
I cant play the game... its stays at 10-30 fps so much lagging...
