Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost.

this is what the crash report says and i've only installed some patch mods and the gas mask mod from nexus and the mod that makes it so i can use vortex
There is the issue - a bad file.
Could be caused by a hardware issues (i.e. SSD/HDD dying), but more likely just a minor issue when it was being downloaded from Steam.
Verify Integrity of Game Files should sort the issue.
Probably have to reinstall the mods you mention.
