please how to deal with low fps,i have lower almost everything but it does not work.

Same problem. 30fps in-game and 60fps in the menus

if youre running high refresh rate monitor try to limit it to 120hz and mess with vsynch and FPS setting in fullscreen windowed mode
thats what worked for me
