Corner the Market and Control the Universe achievement

I just finished a game (in one of the challenges) and had more than 3 reputation with all 4 tracks. However, I had Corner the Market but didn't work at the end of the game.

I was at 9 vps, won combat on turn 10, and the game ended with my vp at 11. but should have been 13.

Corner the Market gives VPs for The Spice Must Flows in your deck.
It's another end game intrigue card, Plans within Plans, that gives VPs for the influence.

If you did indeed have Plans within Plans, then you should have gotten de VPs. But as for the Control the Universe achievement, you need to get 2 VPs from the Corner the Market card specifically.

I got the second bonus for having spice cards than other players…. But one of the other players actually tied me? Seems like I should not have gotten it (it gave me the win)
