There's a tabletop simulator for "Twilight Imperium REX: Final Days of an Empire" on Steam, which is a slightly adapted version of the board game you're referring to. Of course, it doesn't have the Dune lore...

I appropriate the recommendation, take an award! I have actually played the Dune Mod for Tabletop simulator but it's a buggy mess. I want that stand alone game for Dune... I really hope I'm not the only person that wants this.
